Can I exchange an item?

 

Yes! When a customer chooses to exchange an item for something else, any associated costs are kindly covered by the customer.
For hygiene reasons, please note that the bottom parts of swimwear, socks, and earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I return an item?

Shoko Shop guarantees full refunds for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the date you received your package.
Every item, needs to be returned with the receipt in order for you to get a refund and in the original state that it was receive, otherwise the return can not be accepted. Please note that items with torn or missing clothing tags can't be returned. For hygiene reasons, please note that the bottom parts of swimwear, socks, and earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.

How do I place a custom made order?

The size can be easily chosen. Every customised item has an additional cost of 12€.

You want it longer? Shorter? Maybe you want a different color. We can offer it as long as we can find the color you wish.

Please make sure you leave detailed instructions of how you want your customized item.

You can find our size guide that will help you through. Feel free to ask anything you want. We have a dedicated team willing to help you find the ideal size for you.

Please note that with a custom-made order the product is non-returnable and non refundable.

 

When is my order ready to ship? 

Shoko is a made to order company. Your order will be processed right after the payment has been received. Since all our items are handmade and made to order, we put special care into crafting each piece. This process typically takes up to 14 working days to ensure the highest quality. After this production period, the estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the progress of your package.

 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within the E.U. and Switzerland will take one working day, once the order is ready to be shipped.

Can multiple orders be shipped together? 

Several orders can only be sent together if they are made on the same day.
