Refund and Return Conditions

We offer full refunds for items that are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned with the original receipt and in their original condition.

Non-returnable items:

  • Swimwear bottoms, socks, and earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items with missing or damaged tags.
  • Custom-made or altered items.

How to Return/Exchange an Item:

  • Mark the package clearly as a return.
  • Include the original receipt.
  • Note: Any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If your order was paid via bank deposit, please send us your IBAN so we can return the amount to the initial payment method.
  • If you send a return with a label from the carrier of your choice then please keep the tracking number, so you can track your parcel at anytime.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • If you need a return label you can email us at info@shoko-shop.com. Please note that the cost for the return label is 12€ and the amount will be deducted from your refund.*
  • For exchanges, any additional costs are covered by the customer.

Processing Time

  • Returns may take up to 30 days to reach us.
  • Once received, please allow 2-4 business days for processing.
  • During busy periods, processing may take up to 15 business days.

Refund Options

  • Choose a refund or a voucher with an extra 5€ for your next order.
  • The voucher is valid for 3 months after we receive your return.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded unless we have sent you a faulty item.

*Return labels are provided only for customers outside Greece. Customers in Greece can choose the delivery company of their choice for returns.
