Shoko Shop guarantees full refunds for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the date you received your package. Each item must be returned with the original receipt in order to receive a refund, and in the original condition it was received; otherwise, the return cannot be accepted. Please note that items with torn or missing clothing tags cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, the bottom parts of swimwear, socks, and earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.

Ensure it is clearly visible that the package is a return. Any customs costs that may arise will be the customer’s responsibility to cover. The package must include the original receipt; otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.
*Note: If we issue a return label, a 12 euro fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
When a customer chooses to exchange an item for something else, any associated costs are kindly covered by the customer. We aim to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for you. The return costs are paid by the buyer unless we sent a faulty item. Please consider that your returned items may take up to 30 days to arrive at our shop.
You can choose whether you want a refund or a voucher for the amount plus 5€ for your next order. The voucher will be valid for three months after the item has been returned to our shop.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process it and apply the credit to your original payment method. The credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges unless there is a mistake on behalf of our shop. Customers who do not respond within 30 days after being contacted via email about whether they prefer a refund (providing us with their IBAN when needed) or an exchange will not be able to get their money back or request another item.
Orders with custom changes cannot be returned.
