At Shoko everything is made to order, which means manufacturing times can vary and may take up to 14 working days. Please be aware that delivery times are calculated from the day your order is ready to ship.
-DHL/UPS EXPRESS: Once shipped, your parcel will reach its destination within one working day. Please be aware that this timeframe only applies to delivery and does not impact the production of your clothes.
-All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Duties and taxes vary by country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.
-If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or providing incorrect delivery information, and the package returns to us, we will notify you. To have the package resent, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs.
-All international orders are delivered via postal services (ELTA). Tracking is available on parcels over 0,7 kg.
-International orders that include pre-ordered items, will be held until the pre-ordered items are available to ship.
-Please note the time frame given is an estimated shipping window and shipping dates are subject to change in rare instances.
-Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays (Christmas, Easter, bank holidays).
-All orders placed and paid after 2:00 pm (excluding orders placed on weekends or holidays) will be processed within the next day.
