Everything is made here at the Shoko Lab in Athens, in small batches. Some pieces are already ready to go; others need a little more time in our hands. Every order is checked and packed here before FedEx takes over.

How it gets there.
We make our collections in small batches at the Shoko Lab. If your piece is already ready, we check, pack and dispatch it the same day. If it still needs preparation, allow up to 14 working days before dispatch.

FedEx delivery time starts after your order is dispatched. If your piece is already ready from one of our small batches, we check, pack and dispatch it the same day. If it still needs preparation, this can take up to 14 working days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it leaves the Shoko Lab.

We don’t wait for every order to start making, and we don’t fill warehouses either. We make our clothes here at the Shoko Lab in small batches. If your piece is ready, we check, pack and dispatch it the same day. If it still needs to be made, allow up to 14 working days before dispatch.
From the Shoko Lab
to your door.
Once your order leaves us, FedEx delivers across Europe in approximately 2–5 working days. Tracking is sent to you as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Plans change.
Sizes too.
You have 30 days to return your order. If you need a return label, we can provide one for €12 and deduct it from your refund.
