Refund & Return policy

Full refunds are available for items that are:

• Unworn, unwashed & undamaged
• Returned within 30 days
• In original condition with receipt

Non-returnable items:

• Swimwear bottoms, socks and earrings (for hygiene reasons).
• Items with missing or damaged tags.
• Altered items.

• Store credit +10% for your next order

Store credit is valid for 3 months. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

• For returns from Switzerland, please include your order number and a copy of your invoice, and clearly mark the parcel as:
